- Scope
- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of AC electric fans and speed controllers. This standard applies to table fans, wall fans, platform fans, floor fans, ceiling fans, ceiling fans, leaf fans, column fans and decorative fans driven by AC motors with a single-phase rated voltage not exceeding 250V and other rated voltages not exceeding 480V. Ceiling fans and their governors. This standard does not apply to electric fans used under other special conditions. The safety requirements of electric fans and speed controllers included in this standard shall comply with the provisions of GB 4706.27 "Special Requirements for Safety Fans of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances".
