- Scope
- This standard specifies the basic parameters and types, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of electric angle grinders. This standard applies to AC/DC dual-purpose single-phase series excitation and three-phase intermediate frequency angle grinders (hereinafter referred to as grinders) for grinding with fiber reinforced cymbal-shaped grinding wheels under general environmental conditions. This standard does not apply to wet grinders.
