Scope

This specification applies to the installation engineering design of new telephone switching equipment for the fixed telephone network of the same telecommunications business operator (including local network and long-distance network as well as interworking between telephone networks of different telecommunications business operators). The design of expansion and reconstruction projects shall refer to this specification on the basis of fully considering the characteristics of the original equipment and rationally utilizing the original facilities.
