- This standard specifies the type dimensions, technical requirements and marking examples of all-metal spring ferrule hexagonal lock nuts with thread specifications from M8 to M48. This standard is applicable to all-metal spring ferrule hexagonal locking nuts with performance levels 5, 8, 10, and 12 and product grades A (for D≤M16) and B (for D>M16).
