Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of motorcycle and moped engines. This standard applies to motorcycle and moped engines (hereinafter referred to as "engines"). This standard does not apply to motorcycle racing engines.
