Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of fiber diameter optical analyzers. This standard is applicable to fiber diameter optical analyzers (hereinafter referred to as instruments) that use computer digital image processing technology for projection imaging of microscopes.
