Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the determination of the diameter of wool fibers using a projection microscope. This standard is applicable to various types of plush fibers and the plush fibers whose cross-section has not changed significantly after undergoing various processes, and is also applicable to other fibers whose cross-section is close to a circle.
