Scope

This standard specifies the measurement method for the X-ray dose enhancement effect of military electronic devices. This standard is applicable to the test measurement of X-ray dose enhancement factor of military electronic devices, which belongs to the damage measurement method. This standard applies only to steady-state radiation, not to transient radiation.
