- This standard specifies the surface cleanliness, degreasing cleaning, inspection methods and evaluation rules of air separation equipment. This standard applies to surface cleanliness of air separation equipment. Strict regulations have been made on the surface cleanliness of parts and components in contact with gas oxygen and liquid oxygen, as well as the surface cleanliness of pipes and equipment that may contaminate the surfaces of parts and components in contact with oxygen during operation.
