- This part specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, sampling and conformity determination of imported and exported automotive products. This section applies to the inspection of automobile products included in the "Catalogue of Imported and Exported Commodities Subject to Inspection and Quarantine by Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Agencies". The inspection of imported and exported automobile train products may refer to this section. If the contract for exporting automobile products stipulates technical requirements, the inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of the contract; if the contract has no stipulations or stipulations or the stipulations are unclear, the inspection shall be in accordance with this section.
