This standard specifies the general requirements for the HACCP system of livestock and poultry slaughtering and processing enterprises, as well as documents, good manufacturing practices (GMP), sanitary standard operating procedures (SSOP), standard operating procedures (SOP), harmful microorganism inspection and HACCP system establishment procedures. It requires and provides the HACCP plan model table for livestock and poultry slaughtering. This standard is applicable to the establishment, implementation and related evaluation activities of the HACCP system of livestock and poultry slaughtering and processing enterprises.
