GB/T 6495.9-2006
Scope
This part of GB/T6495 specifies the requirements for a solar simulator, which is equipped with a standard device that matches the spectrum of the sample to be tested for indoor testing of non-concentrating ground flat-panel photovoltaic devices. The output of the solar cell has a great relationship with the spectral distribution of the incident light. In order to reduce the test error, this part specifies in detail the acceptable matching value of the spectral distribution of the solar simulator relative to the standard spectral irradiance distribution, but it should be pointed out that the error value Size is also affected by the degree of spectral response mismatch between the standard cell and the test sample. This section applies to pulse simulators and steady-state simulators.
