- This standard specifies the order content, dimensions, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of high-carbon chromium bearing steel. This standard applies to high-carbon chromium bearing steel hot-rolled or forged round bars, wire rods, cold-drawn (rolled) round bars (straight or disc) and steel pipes for making bearing rings and rolling elements. Continuous cast steel is not recommended for steel balls. After negotiation between the supplier and the buyer, the company can supply other types and specifications of steel and steel billets, and the specific requirements should be specified in the contract.
