This standard applies to the preparation and review of water resources demonstration reports. Water resources demonstration should follow the following principles: 1. Rational development, economical use and effective protection of water resources. 2 Comply with national laws, regulations and relevant policies. 3 Comply with national standards and industry standards. 4 Comply with the comprehensive planning and relevant professional planning of the river basin or region. 5Adhere to approved water allocation plans or protocols.
