- Scope
- This standard specifies the measurement performance, general technical requirements, measuring instrument control and calibration cycle of digital high-voltage meters. This standard is applicable to the initial calibration, subsequent calibration and in-use inspection of digital high voltage meters that measure AC high voltage and/or DC high voltage with a measuring voltage higher than 1000V and a measuring frequency range of 30Hz to 300Hz.
