This standard specifies the measurement principle, operating conditions, measurement performance, basic requirements, installation and maintenance requirements of the precession vortex flowmeter (hereinafter referred to as the flowmeter) used for natural gas flow measurement. The natural gas composition and true relative density measured by the flow meter should be within the range specified in GB 17820-1999 and GB/T 17747.1 ~ GB/T 17747.3-1999. The standard reference conditions for natural gas volume calculation and combustion standard reference conditions for calorific value measurement used in this standard are: pressure is 0.101325MPa (absolute pressure), and thermodynamic temperature is 293.15K. Other reference conditions specified in the contract may also be used.
