Scope: 1.1 This standard applies to the design of water supply and drainage projects for oil and gas plants, stations, and reservoirs that are newly built, expanded, and renovated in onshore oil and gas fields and long-distance pipelines. Desert areas can refer to this implementation. When designing water supply and drainage projects in beach seas, swamps and collapsible loess areas, current relevant special codes or regulations should also be implemented. 1.2 The design of water supply and drainage projects for oil and gas plants, stations, and reservoirs should make full use of existing facilities in oil and gas fields and long-distance pipeline stations and reservoirs, and should be planned in a unified manner and implemented in phases. 1.3 The design of water supply and drainage projects for oil and gas plants, stations and reservoirs should not only comply with this standard, but also comply with the requirements of the relevant current national standards and specifications.
