Scope

This specification is applicable to the design of water supply and drainage projects for oil and gas plants, stations, and reservoirs newly built, expanded, and renovated in onshore oil and gas fields and Changyu pipeline plants. Not suitable for beaches, swamps and collapsible loess areas. Desert areas can refer to this implementation.
