- This part of YC/T 10 specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for ductile iron castings for tobacco machinery (hereinafter referred to as castings). This section applies to ordinary and low-alloy ductile iron parts cast in sand molds (or molds with thermal conductivity equivalent to sand molds) for tobacco machinery products. Ductile iron parts using special casting methods can be used as a reference. This section does not apply to ductile iron pipe fittings and continuously cast ductile iron parts.
