This standard specifies the definition, classification, model preparation, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and instructions for use of dry powder fire extinguishing devices. This standard applies to fixedly installed dry powder fire extinguishing devices. This standard does not apply to cabinet-type dry powder fire extinguishing devices.
