- This standard specifies the radial clearance values of the following types of bearings with cylindrical bores and bearings with conical cone bores: a) Deep groove ball bearings (except for outer spherical ball bearings, whose clearance values are specified in JB/T 5304-1991); b) ) Self-aligning ball bearings; c) Cylindrical roller bearings; d) Needle roller bearings; e) Self-aligning roller bearings. See Appendix A for the radial clearance values of double row cylindrical roller bearings for machine tools. The given clearance values apply to bearings without preload and to bearings that are structurally capable of carrying purely radial loads.
