- This standard specifies the eddy current inspection method for aluminum and aluminum alloy cold-drawn thin-walled pipes using a single-frequency excitation, external through-type coil inspection system. The content includes general requirements for eddy current testing, equipment, parameter selection, testing procedures, etc. This standard applies to the inspection of aviation high-pressure conduits with an outer diameter of 6-38mm and a wall thickness of 0.5-1.5mm, ordinary conduits, and aluminum and aluminum alloy cold-drawn thin-walled circular tubes for general purposes.
