- This standard specifies the classification, code, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transportation and storage of fiberglass air duct base fabrics (hereinafter referred to as air duct base fabrics). This standard is applicable to the fabric made of continuous glass fiber yarn through weaving, impregnation and other processes, which is used as the base fabric of the air guide tube with rubber, plastic or rubber-plastic mixture as the coating layer. Other types of fabrics, such as glass fiber and cotton yarn interwoven cloth, synthetic fiber cloth, etc. can also be used by reference.
