Scope
This part of GB/T 20493 specifies the test method for evaluating the final consistency of the black and white reflective scan output quality of office documents during their use using the standard boards specified in GB/T 20493.1-2006 and other standard boards. This section applies to the evaluation of the output quality of black and white or color office documents (regardless of whether they have halftone or color) scanned with a black and white scanner. This section does not apply to color scanners or scanners used to scan transparent or translucent documents.
