Scope
This standard specifies the electrical and mechanical properties of round concentric stranded overhead conductors. The round wire concentric stranded overhead conductor is composed of the following arbitrary metal single wires: a) Aluminum and aluminum alloy wire LY9 hard aluminum wire, complying with GB/T l7048--1997; LHA2 type high-strength aluminum alloy wire, complying with JB/ T 8134-1997; LHAl type high-strength aluminum alloy wire, in line with JB/T 8134-1997. B) Galvanized steel wire for stranded wire, in line with IEC 60888; 1987 G1A or GlB type ordinary strength steel wire; G2A or G28 type high strength steel wire; G3A type extra high strength steel wire. C) Aluminum-clad steel wire, in line with GB/T l7937--1999 LB1A or LBIB type aluminum-clad steel wire; LB2 type aluminum-clad steel wire. Note 1 The resistivities of single-line metals are listed in ascending order as follows: LY9: 28.264 nfl·Itl (corresponding to 61% IACS) LHA2: 32.530 n0 m (corresponding to 53% IACS) LHAl: 32.840 nll·m (corresponding to 52.5% IACS) LB2: 63.86 nfl m (corresponding to 27% IACS) LBIA, LBIB: 84.80 rill m (corresponding to 20.3% IACS) GIA, GIB: 191.57 nil ITI (corresponding to 9% IACS) G2A, G281 191.57 nil ·m (corresponding to 9%IACS) G3A: 191.57 nfl·m (corresponding to 9%IACS) 2Agreed by both the supplier and the buyer: ① Add a small amount of mixed rare earth to the hard aluminum wire, and its mechanical and electrical properties should still comply with GB/T l7048 ②The coating metal of galvanized steel wire can also use special galvanized coating, such as: zinc-5% aluminum-rare earth alloy coating, 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating and other coatings with better corrosion resistance than ordinary galvanized coatings, but The mechanical and electrical properties shall still comply with IEC 60888. Conductors composed of the above-mentioned specific single wires should be specified when ordering. 1.2 See Table 1 for the models and names of various types of round concentric stranded overhead conductors included in this standard.
