Scope

This standard stipulates the general matters and safety requirements for electronic ballasts used at 1000 V AC or less, 50 Hz or 60 Hz, which operate at a frequency different from the power supply frequency, and is applicable to fluorescent lamps including those for high frequency lighting. Use in combination together.
