Scope
This standard specifies the measurement and evaluation criteria for the radial vibration of the shaft of the gas turbine unit. This standard stipulates that under normal working conditions, the measuring points for the vibration measurement of the shaft of the gas turbine unit should be arranged on the bearing of the unit or close to the bearing seat. The evaluation criteria and vibration limits stipulated in this standard adopt the vibration value and its variation under steady-state operating conditions. The vibration values specified in this standard are not necessarily to be used as the only criteria for assessing vibration. Because in general, the vibration state of the machine is evaluated by two aspects, that is, the vibration of the rotating shaft and the vibration of related components (see GB/T11348.1). This standard applies to all gas turbine units (including gas turbine units with gearboxes) with sliding bearings, output power greater than 3MW, and shaft speeds from 3000r/min to 30000r/min. According to the structural type and operation mode of industrial gas turbines, they mainly have three types: --Single-shaft constant-speed gas turbine unit--Single-shaft variable-speed gas turbine unit--Split-shaft gas turbine unit used as gas generator and power transmission This standard It is not applicable to gas turbines for aero-engines, because the main difference from industrial gas turbines is the type of bearings (roller bearings), the stiffness and mass ratio of the rotor and supporting structure. Note: Initially, the same evaluation method is adopted for these three types of gas turbine units, however, it is also possible to adopt different evaluation methods for the respective gas turbine units.
