GB/T 11348.3-1999 Mechanical vibration of non-reciprocating machines--Measurements on rotating shafts and evaluation criteria-- Part 3: Coupled industrial machines (English Version)
This standard specifies the measurement method and evaluation criteria for the radial vibration of the rotating shaft at or near the coupled industrial machine bearings under normal operating conditions. The evaluation criteria are proposed from two aspects of the vibration amplitude of the shaft of the industrial machine under steady-state operation and any changes that may occur. The specified vibration amplitude is not the only basis for evaluating the vibration of industrial machines. The evaluation of the vibration state of the machine usually takes into account two aspects: the vibration of the rotating shaft and the vibration of the bearing seat. This standard applies to industrial machines coupled with sliding bearings with a maximum continuous speed from 1.000r/min to 30.000r/min, including: steam turbines, turbocompressors, turbogenerators, turbopumps, turbofans, electric drives and Coupled gear transmission. Machine size and power are not limited. This standard does not apply to land-mounted large-scale steam turbine generators with an output power greater than 50 MW, nor does it apply to the measurement and assessment of shaft vibrations for hydraulic turbines and pumps with an output power greater than or equal to 1 MW.
