This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for edible spirulina powder. This standard is applicable to the dry powder of spirulina produced from large-scale artificial cultivation of Spirulina platensts or Spirulina maxi-ma through instantaneous high-temperature spray drying.
