Scope

This chapter stipulates the technical requirements for planning, design, construction, management and other technical requirements for taking artificial afforestation measures on wasteland with soil erosion to prevent and control soil erosion, develop forest and fruit production, and increase economic income. This article applies to all wastelands with soil erosion (water erosion) across the country.
