- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of germanium single crystal cutting sheets, grinding sheets and corrosion sheets (referred to as germanium sheets). This standard is applicable to round, square and rectangular germanium slices prepared by cutting, double-sided grinding, splitting and etching of germanium single crystals of various brands. Products are used to make transistors and infrared devices.
