This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of extruded buried polyethylene pipes for fuel gas (hereinafter referred to as pipes) with polyethylene resin as the main raw material. In addition, the main performance requirements of raw materials are specified. This standard is applicable to pipes whose working temperature is -20~40℃; the maximum working pressure is not more than 0.4MPa. When the pipe is used to transport artificial gas and liquefied petroleum gas, SDR11 series pipes should be selected, and the adverse effects of other components in the gas (such as: aromatic hydrocarbons, condensate, etc.) on the performance of the pipe at a certain concentration must be considered. Note: SDR--standard size ratio, that is: the ratio of nominal outer diameter to wall thickness.
