Scope

This part of GB/T7308 stipulates the tolerances, structural elements and inspection methods of integral flanged thin-walled bearings with an outer diameter of Do to 250mm and flangeless thin-walled bearings with an outer diameter of Do to 500mm. Due to the change of structural design, the size of the bearing bush is not uniformly regulated. Bearings conforming to this standard are mainly used in reciprocating engines. The bearings are composed of a steel back and one or more layers of bearing alloy on the inner side. On reciprocating engines, flanged bearings and flangeless bearings can be used at the same time. The flangeless bearing bush can be used together with two semicircular thrust washers (thrust plates) in accordance with GB/T10447, or the combined flange bearing bush can replace the integral flange bearing bush. Note: All dimensions and tolerances are in millimeters.
