- _This part of GBMT7190 specifies the product classification and labeling, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage and others of closed cooling towers. This section applies to idle cooling towers (hereinafter referred to as closed towers) whose circulating cooling water volume in a single tower is not greater than 500ms.
