Scope

Form: This specification covers a magnesium alloy in the form of sand castings. Application: Primarily for components having uniform@ medium strength for use up to 320 oF (160 oC)@ requiring pressure tightness and good fatigue and creep characteristics@ and which may require welding during fabrication.
