Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, sampling, test methods, inspection rules, labeling and quality certificates, packaging, transportation and storage of organic and inorganic compound fertilizers. This standard applies to organic-inorganic compound fertilizers made from organic materials such as human and livestock manure, animal and plant residues, agricultural product processing leftovers, etc., which have been fermented and treated harmlessly, and then inorganic fertilizers are added.
