- This part of GB/T14946 specifies the code tables used by national organizations, cadres (including civil servants) and personnel management information, and gives the classification and coding principles of codes, the attributes of code tables, code management and registration. This part is applicable to the design, development and information exchange between information systems of national organizations, cadres (including civil servants) and personnel management; this part is also applicable to the management and statistical work of organizations, cadres and personnel. Note: Unless otherwise specified, "Party" in this section refers to the Chinese Communist Party, and "member" refers to a member of the Chinese Communist Party.
