Scope
This standard applies to sea urchin food made from fresh purple sea urchins, horse dung sea urchins, or other edible sea urchins in the order Echinoidea, and their gonads, mixed with refined salt and edible alcohol. This product can be used to process and prepare a variety of seasoned sea urchin foods.
