Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for online security analysis and control auxiliary decision-making analysis mode, data preparation, and analysis functions of the power grid. This document is applicable to online safety analysis and control auxiliary decision-making for power grids with a voltage level of 220kV and above, and for power grids below 220kV.
