Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements to ensure safe and stable operation of power systems, power system safety and stability standards, power system safety and stability calculation analysis, and power system safety and stability work management. This standard applies to power systems with voltage levels of 220kV and above. Power systems below 220kV (including distributed power supplies) can refer to this implementation.
