Scope
This part of GB/T 7672 specifies the requirements for temperature index 200, impregnated glass fiber-coated copper flat wire and impregnated glass fiber-coated enameled copper flat wire with level 2 paint film thickness. The impregnating paint may be, for example, polyesterimide or silicone paint. Note: For this type of winding wire, the thermal shock test is not applicable and the thermal shock temperature is not specified, so it is not possible to specify a class based on the temperature index and thermal shock temperature requirements. Enameled wire should be based on one of the following standards and should be determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer:  ——GB/T 7095.4 Enameled flat winding wire Part 3: 180 grade polyester imide enameled copper flat wire;  ——GB/T 7095.6 Enameled flat winding wire Part 3: Class 200 polyester or polyesterimide conforms to enameled copper flat wire;  ——IEC 60317-30 Special winding wire standard Part 30: Class 220 polyimide enameled copper flat wire . The enameled wire used should have a minimum thermal rating of 180. The temperature index of the enameled glass fiber covered wire depends on the type of impregnating varnish used. The impregnating paint for impregnating glass filaments should have a minimum temperature index of 200. The thickness of the wrapping layer is divided into four types:  ——GL1: wrapping a single glass filament on the bare conductor;  ——GL2: wrapping double glass filaments on the bare conductor;  ——Grade2 GL1: wrapping on the enameled wire with grade 2 paint film thickness Single glass filament;  ——Grade2 GL2: Double glass filament is wrapped on the enameled wire with grade 2 paint film thickness; The glass filament cladding can be: a) Single glass filament cladding; b) Double glass filament cladding, the two layers of glass filament cladding are in opposite directions. The nominal size range of conductors specified in this part is:  ——wide side size: minimum 2.00mm, maximum 16.00mm;  ——narrow side size: minimum 0.80mm, maximum 5.60mm; combination of wide side size and narrow side size and width The ratio of side dimensions is specified in GB/T 7672.1-2008.
