Scope

This part of GB/T34077 specifies the objects, elements, methods and implementation principles of measurement and pricing of cloud computing-based e-government public platform services. This part is applicable to all kinds of services provided by the public e-government platform; it is applicable to the actual usage and quality of the services provided by the e-government public platform service providers, users and management agencies in the process of service acceptance, procurement, provision, supervision, etc. The basic basis is provided for the measurement and valuation of grades, occupation costs, and risk levels. Note: Unless otherwise specified, "e-government public platform" in the following chapters refers to "cloud computing-based e-government public platform".
