Scope: This part of GB/T34077 specifies the basic requirements for the management of cloud computing-based e-government public platforms and the requirements for service design, service preparation, service implementation, service resources, service guarantee, service security, service quality, service integrity and responsibility management. This part applies to the service implementation and management of the cloud-based e-government public platform. Note: Unless otherwise specified, "e-government public platform" and "public platform" in the following chapters refer to "cloud computing-based e-government public platform".
