Scope

This document specifies the general cabling requirements for sites containing single or multiple buildings in the park, covering balanced cabling and fiber optic cabling requirements. This document applies to the use of generic cabling to support non-user-specific facilities and the sharing of information between these facilities, which can also support power supply, including: a) telecommunications, such as WAP, DAS;) energy management, such as lighting, distribution; electricity, household energy metering, etc.; bc) environmental control, such as temperature and humidity; d) personnel management, such as access control, cameras, PIR detectors, time and attendance monitoring, electronic signs, audio and video projectors; e) personal information and alarms, such as paging, patient monitoring, nurse call, baby safety; f) smart building systems. This document directly quotes or refers to GB/T18233.1-2022: a) structure and minimum configuration of common cabling in office premises; b) interface of SO; c) performance requirements of cabling links and channels; d) deployment requirements and options; e) performance requirements for cabling components; f) compliance requirements and verification procedures. Requirements for safety (e.g. electrical safety and protection, fire protection) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) are covered by other standards and regulations and are outside the scope of this document. However, the information provided in this document may be helpful.
