Scope

This part of GB/T21296 specifies the terms and definitions, product models, measurement requirements, product structure requirements, product technical requirements, installation and maintenance requirements, Test methods, inspection rules, and product marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This section is applicable to the use of single or multiple load-bearing devices installed in the weighing control area and flush with the road surface to simultaneously or separately support the entire measured axle or axle group to measure the wheel load of a moving highway vehicle (if applicable), Axle load, axle group load (if applicable), and then obtain the automatic scale of the vehicle weight. According to the different ways of carrying the wheel, it can be divided into wheel load type, single axle type and axle group type. The axle load type dynamic truck scale carrier can be a single carrier or multiple carriers. Axle-loaded dynamic road vehicle automatic scales used in other situations may be implemented as a reference. This section does not apply to weighing instruments or measuring systems in which the carrier or measuring device and the vehicle do not move relative to each other in the horizontal direction during measurement. Such as static wheel weight instruments, loading measurement devices embedded in vehicle components, etc. This section does not apply to scales or measuring systems where the carrier is simply placed on the road surface and cannot guarantee that all tires of the vehicle being tested and the upper surface of the carrier are approximately on the same plane when weighing. This section does not apply to scales that only measure the wheel weight on one side and then obtain the axle weight, axle group weight, and vehicle mass by multiplying.
