- This document stipulates the basic technical requirements for the inspection, maintenance, adjustment and transformation of steam and water pipelines and supports and hangers in thermal power plants. It also stipulates the methods and basic procedures for handling abnormal problems of steam and water pipelines and supports and hangers. This document is applicable to the inspection, maintenance, adjustment and transformation of steam and water pipelines and supports and hangers in thermal power plants. Other pipelines and supports and hangers can be implemented with reference to this document. This document does not apply to non-steel pipes, lined pipes, and other special-purpose pipes.
