Scope

This part of GB/T 23507 specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage and transportation requirements of diesel generator sets (hereinafter referred to as units) for electric drilling rigs in the oil and gas industry. This part applies to diesel generator sets for electric drilling rigs with a rated capacity of 800 kVA~3 000 kVA, rated voltages of 690 V, 600 V, 400 V, and rated frequencies of 50 Hz and 60 Hz. The generator sets for electric drilling rigs of other specifications can also be used as a reference.
