This standard specifies the basic principles, content, accounting methods and requirements for accounting for pollution sources in the manufacturing of ceramic products. This standard is applicable to the calculation of pollution sources of new (renovated, expanded) projects for manufacturing ceramic products and the intensity of pollution sources of existing projects. This standard is applicable to the accounting of pollution source intensity under normal and abnormal working conditions of ceramic product manufacturing. It is not applicable to the accounting of pollutant release source intensity associated with or secondary to sudden accidents such as hazardous substance leakage, fire, explosion, etc. This standard is applicable to the accounting of pollution sources of waste gas, waste water, noise, and solid waste in the manufacturing and production process of ceramic products. It is not applicable to the accounting of the source intensity of the mining and primary processing of ceramic raw and auxiliary materials. The pollution source intensity of boilers that implement the "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants" (GB13223) is calculated in accordance with the "Technical Guide for Accounting of Pollution Source Intensity Thermal Power" (HJ888); the pollution source of boilers that implement the "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Boilers" (GB13271) The calculation shall be carried out in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for Accounting of Pollution Sources (HJ991).
