Scope

This standard stipulates the capabilities and conditions that motor vehicle safety technology testing stations (hereinafter referred to as "security inspection stations") should possess to carry out motor vehicle safety technology performance testing. This standard applies to the planning, design, construction, operation and management of security checkpoints, as well as the qualification certification, capability verification and supervision and management of security checkpoints.
