GB/T 35099-2018 Microbeam analysis—Scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry—Morphology and element analysis of single fine particles in ambient air (English Version)
This standard specifies the methods for classifying ambient air particulate matter by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) to observe the morphology of fine particles in the ambient air and analyze elements qualitatively. The scanning electron microscope is used for the morphology observation and particle size measurement of the particles, and the X-ray energy spectrometer is used for the qualitative analysis of the main elements of the particles. This standard is applicable to the analysis of stable particulate matter under electron beam bombardment, not applicable to the analysis of thermally unstable particulate matter such as nitrates and ammonium salts.
